MIDWEST

ROOTS

Proudly serving families, farmers, and businesses across the Midwest from our Wellington and Wichita offices.

MARKET

SPEED

Combining fast-paced auction methods with modern real estate strategies to quickly liquidate assets.

Shawn and Mandy Thomson

Proud owners, parents, and dog lovers. Shawn has dedicated 20 years to BNSF railway, while Mandy has spent the past 11 years with Theurer Auction, until recently when they purchased it, and began making it their own.

Our Greatest joy is our family. We are blessed with twin daughters, Addi and Gracie who you will find at downtown at auction pick-ups, and working behind the scenes! And our twin cockapoos, Oakley and Winnie, who keep life fun and full of adventure.

When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us traveling, cheering on the girls at their tennis matches, or spending quality time with our close friends and family. We believe in hard work, making memories, and enjoying the journey together.

Ashley Pilger

Office Manager

As a wife, mom of three, animal lover, and outdoor enthusiast, I stay pretty busy—and I wouldn't have it any other way! I'm new to the auction business, but I'm quickly learning that no two days are ever the same. Between auctions, real estate, and keeping the office running smoothly, there's never a dull moment!

I love meeting new people, and being part of the excitement that comes with each auction. When I'm not at work, you'll find me at different sporting events for my kids or relaxing in the sunshine. My oldest attends Oklahoma State University, so we love any excuse to spend a weekend in Stillwater. My son also helps alongside our auction team, making auctions a true family affair.

I look forward to meeting new clients, building lasting relationships, and helping make your auction or real estate experience a great one!

Lauren Anderson

I moved to Kansas from Phoenix at 16 years old and have proudly called Wellington home ever since. A graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Hospitality Management, I have built my career around serving others, creating meaningful connections, and building lasting relationships within the community.

As a wife and proud mother of four children, I understand firsthand the importance of family, hard work, and navigating life’s many transitions.

Outside of work, I am a self-proclaimed foodie who loves all things restaurant industry and hospitality. When I’m not helping clients or with Wellington High School Cheer team, you’ll likely find me managing the beautiful chaos of my “mini zoo” at home, which includes over 40 chickens, koi fish, dogs, and plenty of family adventures. I love being involved in the Wellington community and I am passionate about helping local families find solutions that fit their unique needs.

Leslie

Growing up in the small town of Corbin, Kansas, taught me the value of hard work, community, and helping others. When I'm not cheering on the Washington Commanders or the Kansas City Chiefs, you'll likely find me spending time at the lake with family and friends or attending Corbin Country Church.

While I'm new to the auction world, it's a business that runs in my family's roots—my family helped start the Caldwell Sale Barn. As a Sales Associate with Theurer-Thomson Auction & Realty, I'm excited to learn, meet new people, and help clients through every step of the auction process. I look forward to working with you!
